Using vscode as your PowerShell IDE

I’ve been a long time user and fan of the PowerShell Integrated Scripting Environment with the ISE Steroids add-on by MVP Tobias Weltner, but recently I have started using vscode for some other languages and thought I’d give it a try for PowerShell.
